Returns for standard items must be completed within 10 days of receipt for a replacement item or a full refund minus S & H. Custom items are non returnable and are non refundable. All custom orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your initial order in order to receive a refund. After 24 hours refunds will not be honored. Please contact Rock Her Tees in writing prior to returning your item. All standard items must be returned in its original packaging; you must include the original receipt and the reason for your return. Rock Her Tees is not responsible for damages by the carrier. Not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the tracking number shows delivery to the correct address.
